Cotton from GOTS certified organic farming
Cotton is a plant textile fibre which grows around the seeds of cotton plants. It is the most important natural fibre in the world and accounts for more than 50% of world consumption of textile fibres.

Organic cotton, produced by organic farming, is grown by small producers without the use of chemical fertilisers, pesticides or GMOs and with only half the water consumption of traditional cotton.

Our organic cotton is GOTS certified.
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the leading world standard for organic fibres and covers all stages of textile processing. 

GOTS certification demonstrates that the cotton used is organic and ensures that the production processes used in all stages of producing and processing the textile are socially responsible and environmentally friendly.
Tencel Lyocell® is a 100% natural, ecological cellulose fibre, manufactured from wood pulp from the eucalyptus; not only is it particularly ecological, it is also 100% biodegradable.

Lyocell® is very soft to touch, extremely resistant, and drapes well (virtually un-creasable), is midway between cotton and silk, and is soft and comfortable. Lyocell® fibre is highly absorbent (50% more so than cotton) and is ideally suited to mattress protection as it handles humidity and heat better.
